- NNormaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was excellent! We were there for lunch with an old friend we hadn’t seen in a long time and stayed over 3 hrs. There was no hint of wanting us to leave despite that we were the last. We only had salad and the lamb riblets which are always delicious along with wine that the waiter recommended. He let us try it before serving it. We also had dessert which was delicious chocolate cake with sour cherry ice cream and also hazelnut honey ice cream which was also delicious.More infoEvviaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Palo Alto•4.8

The food quality was amazing. Each dish they brought out was like a little piece of art. The flavors were varied, unique, and delicious. It was one of the most enjoyable meals I can remember. Every Nobu employee we encountered was very friendly and professional. Our server, Andy, did a great job of guiding us through the overwhelming choices on the menu. "Gonzo" Gonzales made sure our drinks were topped up, and dishes were cleared away at just the right moment, without interrupting our conversation. This is a high-end dining experience, and priced accordingly. If you love food, and want a truly amazing experience, give Nobu Palo Alto a try.More infoNobu Palo AltoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Palo Alto•4.6

Small dishes with sweet and savory flavors that danced around in our mouths. Excellent service from all the staff and such culinary talent from the chef. We were celebrating a belated Valentines Day and judging by the full dining room, a lot of couples had the same idea. We look forward to another fantastic dining experience at the Plumed Horse.More infoThe Plumed HorsePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Saratoga•4.4

Great portions, fresh ingredients, and wonderful recommendations from our server on which dishes to order. The service was superb, very attentive and professional. There was a photographer who came around to the table and took our photo and then printed it out for us for $20. Very sweet. It was a stormy and foggy night so we could not see the sunset or the epic view and we want to come back again when the weather is clear. Our only complaint was that the server took our order for a cappuccino and then came back after we had already finished our desserts and said the kitchen did not have any milk. Disappointing.More infoGrand ViewPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• San Jose•4.6
