Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Our friends after all the years of living in Seattle area had never been to Saltys on Alki! What a wonderful experience for them! Yeah Open table, and getting a window seat at 430 pm! Our waiter was on top of his game, the food was delicious and the conversation and company could not have been better.
