Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Charing Cross

We loved the experience. My daughter has a severe nut allergy (specially walnuts), and we loved their determination to adapt and effectively communicate what she could and couldn’t eat. They have a detailed allergen menu that you can check beforehand in their web, which we did. Our server was great, very attentive and knowledgeable in the allergy matter, we didn’t catch his name but he was tall, I imagine the other servers are also educated, but we wanted to thank him for the experience. The food was very good, you could see the founder is danish as the salmon and back cod dishes were excellent quality (we’re Spanish so we’re used to better tuna but this one was really good nevertheless). our favourite was the black cod maki with red onion.

While the food, particularly the caramelized onion tart and the crème brûlée, was outstanding, it was the service that really bumps the Palm Court up to 5+ stars. Both our waitress and the waiter who followed her, whose names we unfortunately did not get, were wonderful. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had notified the restaurant when I made the reservation. They greeted her like family, with a warm birthday wish and a surprise birthday desert (the crème brûlée) that was accompanied by a card signed by the entire staff! Little gestures like that sometimes make all the difference, and that certainly did. Even without that, the food was outstanding, but the service was spectacular.

We had a fantastic experience at Claude’s celebrating our son’s birthday. The service was fantastic, very attentive, and the food was delicious. From the drinks to the appetizers to the desserts - everything was delicious.

Amazing experience and customer service - couldn’t fault it and Amr was great. Food was hot and excellent quality. Would go again !
