It was super cold out but maybe turning the heater on earlier would have helped? Eric was awesome and very attentive. My only complaint is the ketchup bottle in my igloo was empty and eating a burger and fries without it was kind of a bummer. I was also hoping for a discount on the igloo since I only made it an hour in -25 degree temps, but alas, that didn’t happen. I do understand though that I was taking a chance sitting in there on a very frigid day.
