Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Rock Hill

Last night, my husband and I had the pleasure of dining here, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. As part of a 12-day culinary tour of St. Louis's finest upscale restaurants, we have been impressed by this establishment's exceptional offerings. Perennial is perennially AWESOME!!!!! I have lived in Webster Groves for 25 years and among all of Webster's diverse and excellent restaurants, Perennial is my favorite!!!! It fits me and my palate like a glove!!!

We love Café Napoli. It’s always a great experience. The service, the food, the lively atmosphere - never disappoints. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has remained a favorite in the area for so many years. Best shrimp scampi we have ever had - it manages to feel light (not something you see often in a dish like that) but so rich in flavor at the same time. The salads, meatball, the pastas, the steaks - everything has always been delicious.

Food was good but I will be back to try some of the beer selection they had and because Elise was a fantastic and extremely attentive waitress even on a very busy night.

My husband and I have been to multiple nice steakhouses in the area, and this one has been our favorite thus far. The service was friendly and quick, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Perfect for a date night or special occasion, but the menu had a decent amount of less expensive options as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.
