Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Thornhill

It’s our annually celebration. I’ve been coming to this restaurant more than 2 decades. It’s always been good and never disappointed. Too bad that they removed the corkage so that I can’t bring the wine that I like. It would have been perfect if they considered us as a long time loyal customers.

The dining and experience was the usual excellent quality, so keep that short. What i really wanted to mention is that my wife experienced a choking incident while dining. Very scary for her and all of our family. The response and assistance we received from the staff and the manager was incredible to say the least. One of the other waiters that was nearby dropped everything he was doing and RAN, and I mean RAN to get the manager who is trained for this situation. The manager is a big man, but he RAN to the table to provide assistance. By that time my wife expelled the object and was recovering, but I am confident if she had not this man would have known what to do to save her life! From that point his level of caring and compassion was something I have never experienced. My apologies but my wife is at work so I don't have your name sir, but we are forever grateful as to how you responded in our moment of need. Thank you Keg - manager, staff, of Leslie St Location. Cannot say enough.

The Keg chain has always provided a consistent and ever enjoyable experiences. This specific location has never disappointed. This evening we had the pleasure of dining with Dino who was excellent from acknowledging our allergy to constantly checking on our needs. Would definitely recommend this location and dining with Dino!

Our group of 6 had the utmost pleasure of being seated in Nima’s section this evening and I’m not sure this restaurant’s customer service can be topped. Between the Moxies staff, food, and ambience, you can’t ask for a better experience. However, it was truly our server Nima and the managers working this particular evening that tied everything together to make our dinner memorable. Between the quality checks, small talk, menu knowledge, and attentiveness to our table, it’s no wonder the place was packed on a Thursday night. Our group honestly left the dinner talking about how floored we were with the service. This experience has set the bar and made regular customers of us. Thank you Moxies team!
