    Great service. Everyone liked their food. Had a reservation for 7 guest for Sunday after a basketball game at 4:30. We were early, but still within the 1/2 hour. They had a table prepped already and seated us right away.

    The restaurant was very nice, it was also cool to be able to get a table for Valentine's Day with a 2-week notice. The food was very good, and it was a nice touch that one of the managers let us know there was a slight issue with one of the plates, but that it would be coming shortly. Our waitress came right after that and gave us a dessert on the house! Have been to Cap City Dublin twice already, and I'm looking forward to going back again.

    We had the most wonderful Valentine's dinner at the Polaris Grill. We talked about making it a yearly tradition. Our server- Devin, was the absolute best. Very personable and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. We would highly recommend being seated in his section. The food was amazing but the service made it the best!
