- DDorothySan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGrilled Octopus was delicious and so was the bruschetta on crusty bread. Our table had Salmon, snapper Steak, and veal Milanese, Chicken Milanese - All Were great We felt a little rushed on a Sundayafternoon after Christmas because we had asked the waiter to delay our entrees because we had some appetizers to finish Other than that —everything was great Highly recommend the chocolate mouse and chocolate layer cake for dessert. The restaurant was decorated with pretty holiday decorationsMore infoBond 45Price: Expensive• Italian• Theater District•4.4

- JJeffNew York City •127 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWhat a great underrated spot in Hells Kitchen. The restaurant is comfortable, not packed in like sardines like most these days. Their service is warm, friendly and efficient. Plenty to choose from on their menu including Branzino, Trout (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and Salmon if you are looking for fish. They also have wonderful preparations of steak, chicken and duck including a pasta dish.More infoMarseillePrice: Moderate• French• Theater District•4.6
- JJamesVIPWashington, D.C. Area •13 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024We are not new to Kellari, but that is kind of the point. We visit New York frequently from DC to see theater and eat well. Some of that eating is always done here. The freshness of everything, from the fish to the beefsteak tomatoes on the salads, is remarkable. One always leaves feeling both satisfied and healthier for the experience. This time we had some spanakopita (not to be missed) and a split Greek salad (Oh, those tomatoes!) with a piece of Fagri that was perfectly fresh and exquisitely done. We had a great half-bottle of Brunello, too, from their ample selection of splits, which is great for diners like us who want a taste but can seldom finish a whole bottle. The ambiance is comfortable to the point of being family-like. As for service, it is always stellar and Phillip easily upheld that tradition. We recommend this place to all who are attracted by the menu with the highest measures of confidence and enthusiasm.More infoKellari TavernaPrice: Expensive• Greek• Theater District•4.7
- JJillNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 23, 2024This is my 2nd time here. I made reservations weeks ahead of time due to the holiday. I was only able to get outside lobby area. Upon arrival I asked if anything was available inside and they had high top bar seating available at their “seafood bar”. I was with my friend and our daughters under twenty one. Since it was freezing they wanted the inside. We had no trouble talking and the view from this spot was nice. Our server Dorji was EXCELLENT. He was very attentive to our needs and made great suggestions on drinks. We decided on the espresso martini and it was perfect. Our arrival was before 6 so the prix fix was available and you definitely get a lot for your money. The salad was okay but the French onion soup was wonderful and really hit the spot on a cold day. Two of us had the coq au vin and that was delicious. My friend had the steak and was happy. My daughter ordered the NY strip off the regular menu. She loved the fries, enjoyed the steak but said the cut was a little tough. We had crème brûlée which was a wonderful way to end the meal. The location of the restaurant is perfect if you are in town for the holidays. The place was decorated beautifully as well.More infoLa Grande BoucheriePrice: Very Expensive• French• Midtown West•4.5
