- RRobSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCarmine’s is a great place to go. The Italian food was incredibly tasty and plentiful. It is served as family style. I recommend going with a group. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was lively while they played some of the old standards. I highly recommend visiting while in NYC!More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6

They wanted to seat us at a tiny table and I’m 6”2 and 215 lbs. I did wait a little and got a decent table. The service was slow but we like to take our time so it wasn’t an issue. The special, chilled seafood salad with cucumber, cumin and crème fraiche was very special. The onion soup and pistachio terrine were as tasty as ever. My steak could have been warmer but the frites were nice and crispy. My partners duck a l’orange was nice but now what he expected. The flourless chocolate cake was as good as ever but served way before my partners almond tart. However the waitress was very accommodating and I did get a free glass of wine for the wait. The prices have gone up ALOT! I think $40 for a duck breast and steak frites is Al little steep for a casual French bistro, but again, that is the cost of dining in NYC.More infoL'ExpressPrice: Moderate• French• Gramercy Park•4.6
- TTerryJackson Hole / Wyoming •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 12, 2025The dinner was absolutely delicious, and not the usual restaurant fare. The warm rolls and butter and oil started us off beautifully. We were thrilled with the recommendation for the skate. It was cooked so perfectly with lentils and spinach. I had never had this before, but I will definitely be going back to Marseille to have it again. Additionally, the bouillabaisse was outstanding!More infoMarseillePrice: Moderate• French• Theater District•4.6
