Chef Pepe’s contemporary dishes spotlight the similarities he has found with the ingredients, techniques and culinary viewpoints of Japan and Spain. From cooking style to ingredient and flavor combinations, his Spanish Kaiseki is a natural cultural and culinary marriage. The design of the 12,000 square foot restaurant space includes a beautifully striking bar, large sake lounge, raised dining area, open kitchen, and private dining room suitable for 30 guests. Getting our table was a bit chaotic. There isn’t much room to wait by the hostess stand. And I would have preferred a table further from the front doors, but everything from then on out was aces. Service was friendly and professional. The fried chicken and waffles were delicious. The maple bourbon syrup makes the dish. Will definitely return!

There was a private event that required we be seated in a private dining room that was cozy and comfortable. Despite this huge event happening, our service by Gustavo was incredibly attentive and timely. What a warm and wonderful human being! Chef Todd Gray always manages to hire the best staff out there. They are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and caring about their work. The food is always scrumptious and top notch. Equinox is our go-to plant-based restaurant for sure. It's always a celebration of food, love, ambience, and fabulous service. We adore it there.
