Best Restaurants with Private Rooms in Prospect Heights

Made anniversary dinner reservations weeks in advance. We were promptly seated despite arriving 20 minutes early. Very extensive beverage list including some delicious Italian beers. The roasted beets and octopus salad starters were delicious. Our entrees, the candele Genovese and the Lobster pasta with substituted homemade GF fettuccine were both excellent. Service was quick and attentive despite the considerable Sunday evening dinner crowd. A Torta Caprese, espresso, and an unexpected on the house shot of Lemoncello for each of us for our special occasion was a wonderful way to end a very memorable dinner. We cannot wait to go back!

However, the true highlight of the evening was the pot pie. The crust was impeccably flaky and golden, while the filling was rich, savory, and utterly satisfying. The service was both friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. This restaurant is a gem, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable meal in a warm and historic setting.

What a night in Paris, the ambiance was amazing moderate but yet very appropriate for the evening. Started the evening with a quick drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Then got seated to our table, started with SOUPE À L’OIGNON which was amazing very flavorful and the perfect amount of Gruyère cheese. For our entree my wife ordered the SAUMON RÔTI and I ordered the FAUX-FILET BERCY medium rare. The meal was amazing and we will definitely be coming back! Had to end the night with a CRÈME BRÛLÉE and BASQUE CHEESECAKE w/ mixed berry coulis. (Also took the PROFITEROLES to go).

I just celebrated my birthday with friends at Pera Soho. 1- They were super clear on communication and provided answers to every question I had while booking. 2- The entire staff is very sweet and accomodating. Our waiter (why the hell did I not get his name - he was a younger, Latino gentleman) is doing his job with love or at least that's how he shows it. Despite the 20% tip being automatically added due to large group size, he kept going above and beyond. Normally when the tip is included in the bill, you don't get this level of service at other restaurants! 3- The food was DELICIOUS! 4- The venue has a very beautiful setting. It easily accomodates larger groups and yet still has a cozy enough vibe for a romantic dinner too. The outdoor patio looked very nice, though buried under snow when we went. I definitely wanna come back for the patio once the weather is nicer.

This is about our 3rd time coming here. And it never disappoints us. From the ambience to the staff and amazing food!!!!! Love coming back to this place
