Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in South Side

Excellent food and excellent service. One of our favorite places in the area!

LOVED my first trip to Pilsen Yards. From the moment we walked in the door the energy of that place was an amazing. We were there on a Saturday night and they had an amazing DJ. Not sure if that is only on weekends. Service was great, food was excellent. Can't recommend it enough!

The chicken Marsala was very good. My colleague had the Atwood burger; also nicely prepared.

Wait staff was welcoming and accommodating to our seating request. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Food was surprisingly very good for a pub! I’d eat there again. Went for the ambience, but will go back for the food!

We were there for the power lunch (2 course weekday for $29). My husband had the onion soup and burger. I had the salad and the steak frites (which had the surcharge of $12). All 4 courses were absolute perfection. Even with the surcharge, it was still a great value. We will be telling all our friends about it and definitely will be returning.
