Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Mercer Island

We love it here! The food is always delicious and the service is always very friendly and intuitive. Even when my husband’s fish came out tough (no one could have known that until it was eaten) they were very apologetic, got him another freshly cut piece, and while preparing it got him a cup of the French onion soup. They also went over and beyond and didn’t charge us for his entree, which definitely didn’t need to be done. It was our anniversary (had rose petals on the table with heart confetti & a card…when we arrived) and they also brought us out a decorative plate (that they wrote Happy Anniversary on it) with our favorite dessert on it! This place is awesome! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful and delightful. Attended for Valentine’s Dinner with my Husband and loved every second of the time. The waiters were kind and genuine, the atmosphere was intimate and personal. The food was special and authentic. The attention to detail made the experience one to remember for an eternity. We would recommend this experience to any lovers looking for a romantic evening.

We went back to Thats Amore the day after Valentine's Day and had a great experience! The restaurant was buzzing with a great vibe, the food (especially the special crab pasta) was delicious - filled with flavor! We've been coming here for years and it was great to see it's still a wonderful place for a dinner out.

Steaks were great! I can't remember any restaurant with better steaks than Daniel's. Wedge salad was perfect as was the shrimp salad. Service was good, attentive, but not overbearing. I just could not think of a place that was better for a steak.

Went for Valentine’s dinner. Had small misunderstanding on one order, but was quickly corrected. Staff was extremely charming and friendly. Had risotto with halibut and steak and lobster. The steak was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
