- RRandyOrlando / Central Florida East •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMuch busier that I had anticipated for Christmas Day, especially compared to when we were there Thanksgiving. Day. Meat takes a certain time to cook properly so plan you visit around that, and I don't believe that 2:00 PM is a most conducive time, rather around noon or 4:00 PM seems better. The food was excellent, and if you are looking for a specific meat, mention it to your server and they will ensure the next skewer makes it to your table. The restaurant was packed, and they managed quite well, remembering the employees gave up their families on Christmas to serve you. As good as any we had in Rio de Janeiro, although we though the Belmond Hotel at Iguassu was better. Definitely a return visit is in order on a less busy day. If you are a meat eater, you can't go wrong!More infoTexas de Brazil - BirminghamPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Birmingham•4.6

We shared the crushed meatball ragu which was sauced just right and the pork Milanese was slightly overcooked but we didn’t bother to bring to their attention. The dark chocolate budino was very good with a wonderful cherry topping and the bombolino donuts are always a hit.More infoNorth Italia Restaurant - BirminghamPrice: Moderate• Italian• Birmingham•4.7

The food was really good except the lobster mac & cheese, it was ok but not a real stand out. They did make the table a bit festive for our anniversary so overall, We were happy. I will say we had the best steaks in a long time, and the Brussel sprouts were amazing. My wife raved about the French onion soup. The place is a bit pricey, but overall, we'll be back.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - BirminghamPrice: Expensive• Steak• Birmingham•4.7
- CChrisWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI took our IT department here for the Annual Christmas lunch and everyone loved it! Every plate was clean when we finished and dessert was also served. I had the fish special of the day - Grouper served over a grit cake with a white wine butter sauce. It was off the charts delicious!! I have eaten at Bistro-V many times through the years and they are always exceptional.More infoBistro VPrice: Moderate• American• Birmingham•4.9
