Doug was our server and he was exceptional and knowledgeable of every single aspect of the menu. He acknowledged our food allergies and was very cautious of making sure we had a wonderful experience. Half our party was gluten free (celiac guest) and they did a great job to mark our food and make sure we got the steaks with no rub. Felt safe eating here and didn't get sick. (Their regular rub contains gluten.) Even the salt and pepper steaks were incredible! Loved the sauted shrimp appetizer. Everyone's steak was perfect. Gluten free desserts were soooo delicious, including the chocolate "sin" cake.
