Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Greenpoint

Don't order Chicken Paillard. It was very dry. Everything else was great. We ordered crab cake, lobster salad, fries and steak, branzino, and scallops. Chocolate mousse and ice cream cake are so good. Service was good but did require a lot of weaving hands to get attention during the peak hour. Overall a very good experience.

From start to finish, the night was a mix of laughter, learning, and of course, delicious food. Anthony, our instructor, was nothing short of amazing! His energy was contagious, and he made the whole process feel effortless. He had us kneading, rolling, and shaping dough like pros in no time. Anthony’s patience and passion for pasta truly set the tone for the evening. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or can barely boil water, he made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. He had this way of blending humor with technique, so while we were creating these perfect little pasta shapes, we were also cracking up at his stories and tips. When we finally got to taste the creations? Pure heaven. Fresh, flavorful, and made even better knowing we crafted it ourselves. If you're looking for a unique, hands-on experience that leaves you full and smiling, Aunt Jake's is the place to be. Made reservations for Thanksgiving!! They did not disappoint. This restaurant is beautiful inside and the food and service were outstanding. Exactly what I wanted for our family away from home on Thanksgiving. A big thanks to management and staff for our menu accommodations and for an excellent dining experience! Will be returning on our next trip to NYC to try the steak.(the Thanksgiving menu does have steak options on it but I ordered the turkey…. FYI)

U remains the most stand out restaurant in all of Brooklyn. The food is next to none, you are immediately made to feel at home and the communal seating ensures you’ll make friends you may have otherwise never interacted with. U forever!!
