The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans.     My wife and I had Christmas Eve dinner. While it was noisy because it was crowded, it was festive and a wonderful holiday experience. The food and service were excellent. They restaurant ran out of rolls and was baking more. They told us and we waited patiently. As we finished our drinks, hot rolls appeared at our table, freshly baked and delicious. This is our second time dining at the restaurant and they did not disappoint. My wife and I will definitely be back.

    So get this. Last time we were at Relic we met the Chef at the bar after dinner. I asked if he ever had escargots as a special and he told me to let him know when we’d be back and he’d have escargots for us. When I booked a table next time, I mentioned this in the opentable comments section. When we arrived, the hostess let us know that Chef made escargots for us !!! It was phenomenal and unique. Relic is a gem !!

    Amazing! We have gone to brunch but thought we would try dinner at Stella’s…..we had the Dorade Fish dish which was absolutely out of this world….a flavor explosion! Stella’s has become a New Hope Favorite!
