Café Napoli is a family owned restaurant, established in 1989 by Tony and Kathy Pietoso. Quickly becoming a success, they moved the small basement restaurant to a larger location at the corner of Forsyth and Bemiston in the heart of Clayton. In 2003, sons Ande and Kye expanded their family restaurant by adding Bar Napoli, a swank cocktail lounge. A few years later, Napoli Reserve was added onto Bar Napoli allowing for private event space and an additional bar and lounge for the weekends. After years of a flourishing business, Kathy and Tony decided to take their ventures West to Town and Country where they opened their second location, Napoli2, managed by Ande. Kye has taken the reigns from his father and is now the front man for the 8,000 square foot establishment in Clayton. Café Napoli and Bar Napoli have recently undergone a face lift inside and out.     Our server was very patient and understanding that we wanted to visit with our great nieces and linger. The girls loved coming to Sam's. Their first time there We told them the history of our experiences there in our lifetimes and my experiences meeting Denny Long there while arranging a shower party in the basement. I told them what a charming Irish guy he was and I I was so enamored with him So sorry he left us. So glad I met him.

    An absolutely perfect evening at Charlie Gitto’s!! We were immediately greeted with fresh bread and water and overall, the service was attentive and fabulous. Our server Talitha (I cannot for the life of me remember her name exactly 😂) was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of insight on different dishes. For an appetizer, we tried the toasted ravioli which was truly heavenly. For our entrees, I ordered the lobster spaghetti special which was incredible and my partner ordered the seafood pasta. Overall, the experience was amazing and we will be returning.

    The food was absolutely AMAZING! I started with grilled oysters that was so good I almost ate the shell! For dinner I got the Pollo Marsala with Brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes...all very tasty! The check was literally falling off the bone! I also tried their espresso martini flight which is probably the best deal you can get! The amount of drink in the cocktail for flights was extremely satisfying. I loved that they all were unique but still very much an espresso martini. Unfortunately the dessert menu was underwhelming so I opted out. But that didn't even factor into my overall experience! I will be back!!!

    Acero made for a perfect anniversary dinner for a couple from out of town. They offered us complimentary sparkling wine and even had our menus printed with a congratulations. Everything was fantastic but the egg raviolo is not to be missed. Our waiter Simon made it a wonderful experience.
