It seems to me the quality and preparation of their steaks have changed. The tenders and ease of the cut is not there. We have been to both Capitol Grilles in Phoenix Metropolitan. I have been very disappointed. The cheese cake has always been a wonderful treat and it is still good, the crust is different, it’s hard, not flaky, anymore. The cheese cake is not rich and the texture is different. These are just my observations. The service and ambience is top notch every time. I guess that’s why we keep returning.More infoThe Capital Grille - ScottsdalePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland Commons•4.8
- PPatrickPhoenix / Arizona •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Food was delicious, a bit better than expected. The service was Great and constant. Only one small hiccup but nothing worth mentioning. The ambiance was nice and we actually interacted with a few neighboring tables. Of course I would suggest, as I always do, removing one table from each dinning room to allow for easier access to seating as well as better conditions for staff. Overall my family and myself had a wonderful experience at Dominic's and shall return..More infoDominick's SteakhousePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland Commons•4.9

My wife and I are frequent visitors to France and love French cuisine. Zinc is the real deal. This was our first visit but certainly not our last. We started with the carrot starter which was beautiful and it only got better from there. My wife had the Provencal Bouillabaisse and I had the Scallops. Both dishes were 5 star worthy. Chef created an amazing taste with both dishes. The service is worthy of 5 stars. Just the right amount of touch points and knowledge. Zinc Bistro is now on our favorite Scottsdale/Phoenix restaurant list. I highly recommend Zinc. You won’t be disappointed. One item missing is the chocolate mousse authentic to France. See photo.More infoZinc BistroPrice: Expensive• French• Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland Commons•4.7
