Best Restaurants for Business Meals in East Lansing

The Earle is down to earth elegance. The food was outstanding. The menu had old favorites and delicious, intriguing dishes - something for everyone. In the middle of the dining room the floor was lower, and filled with close but not cramped tables. Slightly above and around the sides of the room were more tables. Despite being quite full, this design gives the room an open yet intimate feel. The ambience is further enhanced by the fact that conversations are possible without shouting over piped in music or the din of other diners shouting to be heard. We were celebrating our anniversary and were gifted with a small gift certificate for a future visit, which was unexpected but a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

I had the ginger salmon, and it was very good. We also ordered some oysters as an appetizer and they were small and just okay. Was disappointed as we were there a few years ago and they were fantastic,don’t know what they changed but I won’t have them again. Service was great, our waitress was timely and friendly.

Table of 6. Old friends celebrating Christmas. There for three hours by our choice. Visiting and enjoying each other’s company. Food delicious and hot. Timing perfect as we ordered appetizers and visited then order meals visited then ordered desert. Service was attentive, friendly, professional and prompt. Removed dishes after each course, brought clean silverware and plates for each course and refilled beverages constantly without being asked. PERFECT

Everything was wonderful. Definitely a special place to celebrate a special event.

The chicken sandwich was like no other chicken sandwich I've ever had. The combination of a classic chicken sandwich with an Asian twist was amazing. Best chicken sandwich I've ever had!
