Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Edgewater

Food was absolutely delicious, fresh and exciting to try. Surprised my boyfriend for dinner here because he enjoys a hanger steak, which is a hard cut to find. He said it was one of the best he’s ever had, they cooked it to his liking, and it was perfect. Drinks were outstanding, service was excellent, very romantic and sexy atmosphere. There was a table that was extremely loud behind us, luckily they left shortly after we got there though. Other than that, everything was phenomenal! Don was our server, he was also delightful! Will be returning!

Everything about the meal was great. The food was delicious, the service was spot-on and the ambiance allowed for a night out without the fuss. The rotating menu makes prevents it from becoming dull or expected. I will definitely be returning.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Daisie's and could not have been happier with our experience. We received outstanding service that made us feel extra special on our special day. Our server, Nick, wished us happy anniversary immediately after seating us, and treated us to two glasses of champagne on the house. Additionally, Nick helped us select between two pasta dishes. Later, he came out carrying the one we hadn't chose, saying that the kitchen had extra and he knew of a perfect home - on the house. Our food was impeccable, and each dish tasted like it was made with intention and care with a creative & local emphasis. Even the cocktail wowed me! The unique pasta shapes delighted me to no end. Thank you thank you for helping us (and our tastebuds) feel celebrated!

Mia Francesca is the classic, small setting for fine dining — cozy but not cluttered, comfortable and quiet in the early evening, becoming livelier in a “friendly” way as the evening progresses. The wait staff moves quickly but unhurriedly, always appearing at precisely the moment they are needed. Service is attentive but unobtrusive, and it is a well-coordinated team effort. Our young waiter was knowlegeable and personal. The red wine my wife and I ordered by the glass was excellent and reasonably priced for generous pours. Our friend’s Old Fashioned was perfect. The drink menu is extensive but not overwhelming in either scope or pricing. The food menu offers variety but doesn’t overwhelm, either. We had an asparagus salad that was the perfectly fresh and light starter. On the other hand, the bruschetta was a large, beautifully prepared tray of four servings that could have been a light meal in itself. It was a perfect blend of flavors and textures! Finally, we had a house prepared Rolli allá Francesca that was rich without being heavy. And it was almost to lovely to eat. My wife and I shared those three courses and had more than enough. Our friends had the same salad, the beef carpaccio — a huge plate of vegetables over thin slices of beef, a large bowl of perfectly fried calamari with a rich red sauce for dipping, and two immense meatballs, all of which they loved and fully consumed. All agreed that it was one of the best meals we’d eaten out in a long time — and we eat out often and well. Don’t miss this gem of a restaurant!

Chicago ice cold evening! There is no place better to go. Comfortable, warm, outstanding service and delicious food. Always a lovely place to go.
