Our server David was absolutely lovely. He really made our experience. The food was great, we got the smoked salmon, burrata with pears, sesame chicken, and pork chop. Everything was delicious. For dessert we got crème brûlée and a sort of chocolate mousse. Fantastic. It’s an expensive date but you pay for the food and the experience. If i had to complain about something it would be the olive oil on the chocolate cake. We had an extra person and a miscommunication on our reservation however Val the lead hostess and manager made a huge effort to accommodate us and ensure we could fit our guest. I’ve never seen a manager go through so much effort and be as gracious as Val was and go above and beyond to help us out. Not only was he kind, but also very considerate in many aspects - making sure we don’t miss the last order before kitchen closes, getting us an extra bag for leftover boxes before we ask, and etc. Small things but that make you feel you’re being taken care of. Food was great in taste, as well as in portion that makes the price very reasonable. Very satisfying from starting bread to calamari appetizer, main pasta dish, and tiramisu dessert. The only thing that I wish to be better is coffee - had espresso & americano, and they both were missing a bit of flavor. Still quite decent, but not the best I’d say.
