She was attentive and answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had Steak Frites and is can with a choice of all of these rich sauces, so gooood! Manager stopped by the table took. It was just a really great dining experience. My husband order a burger without cheese, it appeared they had added the cheese and realized the mistake, they removed it but left remnants of the cheese on the burger. We brought this to our waiter attention. They corrected it by preparing a fresh burger and the manager came over to our table to acknowledge the mistake, apologized and took the burger off our bill. That’s the reason we continually patronize this Firebirds! They have exceptional customer service!
