- VVicky & JohnChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoBest mussels in town! Always a great meal. Can be noisy - sit along the windows in winter for best conversation. We love the patio when available. On our recent visit we needed to retrieve our car since the valet was serving two restaurants and overwelled.More infoCafe TouchePrice: Moderate• Bistro• Edison Park•4.8
- MmattChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe ambience at L Woods is old-school relaxed, fun and down-home. Service was very good. It was our 38th wedding anniversary and the waiter surprised us with a delicious dessert. Delicious cocktails, salads, steak and seafood. Exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.More infoL. Woods Tap and Pine LodgePrice: Moderate• American• Lincolnwood•4.7
- AAlanChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoI’ve been a fan of this place for years and love celebrating special occasions here. The food, service, and overall experience are usually fantastic and a good value. However, after today’s visit, I recommend reconsidering if you plan to dine here with a larger group. We were a party of eight, and the seating was extremely tight—not just at our table but in how closely spaced the tables are from one another. It was uncomfortable having to constantly shift chairs or stand up to let other guests pass. While everything else was top-notch, the cramped seating definitely detracted from the experience. I expected more thoughtfulness in accommodating larger groups for such an upscale restaurant. That said, if you’re dining solo, as a couple, or with a small party, you’ll likely have a fantastic time. I hope Hugo’s reconsiders their seating for larger groups because today could have easily gone from simply a good experience to a truly excellent one.More infoHugo's Frog Bar & Chop House - Des PlainesPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Des Plaines•4.8
- MMarianneChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe occasionally go to Wildfire in Glenview, Illinois. We have never had a bad experience there. The food is great, the service is great, there is no problem parking, we never wait when we get in, although we always make a reservation. Our most recent trip was for Thanksgiving and the meal was excellent. It is a must try restaurant for sure!More infoWildfire - GlenviewPrice: Moderate• American• Glenview•4.8
