Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Punta Las Marias

This was our second time coming here. The first time we came to Marmalade was in or around February of 2022. It was our first experience in a fine dining restaurant. We were not disappointed. Since then, we have been only to one other fine-dining restaurant besides Marmalade, but it just doesn’t compare to this one. Marmalade is more intimate, the food here is exceptional, and when we went last night we personally enjoyed it more this second time around. The tiny bean soup, the lamb, the popcorn shrimp, the organic beef tartar with the truffles (we had truffles!) was all absolutely delicious. The desserts are so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had in my life before. A lot of complexity, beautiful presentations, savory…absolutely the best! I have a hard time believing I would be able to find a better fine dining experience with good value as Marmalade!

So far, this is the best meal I’ve had during my vacation in Puerto Rico. Great service, nice ambiance.

We love this restaurant! We always bring friends here to experience this place and everyone always leaves saying everything was delicious. We’ve been here several times and everyone always leaves time we have a wonderful experience!

I visited 1919 for my birthday celebration dinner, and everything was incredible. The service was excellent, the cuisine was thoughtfully crafted, and the attention to detail was outstanding. A big shout-out to Wesley, William, Bryan, and Chef Cuevas for making my night unforgettable!

Every bite was extraordinary, from the amuse-bouche to dessert. The creative play on Puerto Rico’s local flavors was a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation. A must-visit for an unforgettable culinary experience! Mar our server was excellent at explaining everything on the menu. Overall A++
