From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding—both the pasta and steak were flavorful and beautifully presented. The dessert was also absolutely delicious, the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Our server, Destiny, deserves a special mention. Her service was timely, friendly, and every recommendation she made was spot on. Her name couldn’t have been more fitting, as it truly felt like it was meant to be that she took care of every detail of our experience. Our table had a breathtaking view of the Chicago River and skyline, the perfect backdrop for such a significant celebration. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Gibson Italia team for going above and beyond to make our evening extraordinary. You turned a milestone anniversary into a memory we will cherish forever. We can’t wait to return!More infoGibsons ItaliaPrice: Expensive• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.8

We had the rigatoni, stracci, the potted carrots, and the onion dip. It was honestly some of the best pastas we’ve ever had! The appetizers were also excellent. We will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.More infoDaisies ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Logan Square•4.7

The service was perfect, and the stars of the show food-wise were the ham and cheese croissant (insanely flaky yet buttery and melted ham and cheese throughout) and the peppermint chocolate donut for dessert. Our server was super friendly, staff was professional and attentive, and the ambience was impeccable. For a Saturday afternoon it was bright and lively inside while managing to keep a chill, friendly, and quaint ambience. This will definitely be a go-to anytime we need to run into a shop in Fulton Market.More infoBeatrix - Fulton MarketPrice: Moderate• American• West Loop•4.6

We had the Pig Face, String Beans, Goat Belly, and Steak. The dishes all exploded with flavors. The balance of seasonings, use of citrus, vinegar and other elements of the dishes played well and makes the culinary experience here amazing. The cocktails were yummy as well. The Peach-Te-quilla was light and refreshing. The Spicy Fat Boy had a ton of flavor. To finish the night, we had the Toffee Pumpkin cake and a neat pour of the Pappy Family Reserve. The Pappy was a treat and made a great night even more special! Thanks to Stephanie and all the team at the Goat. You are all AMAZING!More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8
