I had the best experience ever with my family for the Christmas season, the food, desserts, drinks, christmas specials and crackers were really high quality and fresh and tasty! What topped the experience was the kind and respectful staff, who we enjoyed talking to every time they came to our table to serve us and help clean up. This was the best Ivy we have ever been to, highly recommend it for a fabulous London evening :)

Excellent Sunday lunch experience. Lovely and helpful service. Food was really exceptional - delicious croquettes and equally delicious roasts - pork belly and beef, both cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

It’s become our new regular spot as a family. Brenda, Alesio and Veronica were especially lovely this time (apologies if the spelling is wrong). Haven’t had a single bad experience at Big Easy Chelsea so far and as a family we always look forward to the next visit as soon as we leave. We have a New Years reservation booked already!
