Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Everything in ambiance and service was lovely! Wine and drinks were wonderful. Food maybe just was not to our taste/too French? Sadly, oysters were not available the night we went. The radicchio salad was a standout hit - perfect level of anchovy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This wine bar in Mexico City is absolutely amazing! The service was incredible, with staff who were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The food? Probably the best I’ve had in Mexico – each dish was a culinary masterpiece. Their wine selection is top-notch, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing evening. The openness and welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit spot. Truly the best of the best! Highly recommended!
