While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe. We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Welcome to the Steam Plant Restaurant and Brew Pub! This historical building actually functioned as a steam plant between 1916 and 1986, when the last boiler was shut down in December of that year.Then years later, the old plant was transformed from a dirty, drab industrial behemoth into a cathedral-bright architectural showcase becoming a functional commercial space while maintaining as much history and equipment as possible within the rigid guidelines of historic renovation. Fortunately, the iconic twin stacks continue to lend a uniqueness to the Spokane skyline. Since reopening in November 2021, the Steam Plant has partnered with Grain Shed Brewing whose beers are made with regionally sourced ingredients. The bar and dinner menus have been updated to showcase local favorites.     From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a wonderful evening. The hostess was genuinely thrilled to have us there. Our server Kelsey greeted us with a warm smile. The menu had so many wonderful choices. We started with the meatballs, salad, then finished with the lemon pasta. We also shared the Panna cotta. We cannot say enough about Sorella. It was definitely worth the wait. I made reservations four weeks prior. We will definitely be going back.

    We had the New York Prime cut two nights in a row. The steaks were outstanding, but the sides (mased potato and vegetables were cold both nights). W ordered a side baked potato with our 1/25 meal and it was luke warm.

    The service and food were excellent. Our waiter was personable and attentive without being intrusive. The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and my husband enjoyed the burger. Luna is by far one of the best restaurants in the city. It never disappoints.

    The crab Mac and cheese is always very good. However, I only gave the dish four stars because there are always a few stray pieces of crab shell that will break your teeth if you’re not careful. Just an FYI
