Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting. The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

We were looked after by the wonderful Vanessa upstairs and she was absolutely brilliant and professional. We hadn’t been to Sticks’n’Sushi since the menu change so we were excited to try. We ordered our usuals plus the new mushroom croquettes. These were delicious but definitely on the smaller side and for £8.90 just expected a little more. We couldn’t help but notice the cauliflower sauce lacked its usual punch and was slightly more watered down and the scallops are now more pasty than scallop which is a shame. They were still delicious none the less so we didn’t complain, just noticed. Vanessa and our drinks service was quick and efficient and because it was raining we were kindly offered a Sticks’n’Sushi umbrella to take away with us which we loved. Small things like that really make a difference and elevate a dining experience. A great night had overall.

Unfortunately there had been a fire before our visit which meant only the back of the restaurant was open so I can't judge this as a normal visit. Wasn't great having to walk through the smoking area to leave which was the lasting memory.
