Best Restaurants for Foodies in Nassau

Walk into the lobby and you are greeted immediately. We were 5 min early for our reservation but were asked if we wanted to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail in the lounge. Definitely suggest getting there 15-25 min early in case the dining room is crowded and they need to sit you immediately as the lounge is great. The piano player was wonderful and the soloist who joined him later had a beautiful voice. Dinner was great, Truffle Gnocchi, Fresh Snapper and Lamb chops. The only place I can say they were a little lax was in attentiveness during dinner. I don’t to want to have to refill my own water glass. Bottle was left tableside. Happened at both ours and an adjoining table so maybe they want to leave diners alone during dinner. After dinner we were treated to a tour of the 275,000 bottle wine cellar. WOW!!! Overall I will definitely come back next time we are in Nassau.

Fabulous dinner! We ordered the fritters as appetizers and they set the stage for a spectacular evening. The food was delicious and our waiter, Earl, was extremely attentive. Highly recommend that you go to this restaurant during as visit to beautiful Nassau.

The experience, ambience, service, presentation and taste of the food were amazing. November 8th 2024, was the first time that my financee and I dined with OIA and I must say that OIA left a lasting impression on us. As such, I highly recommed dining with OIA.
