- DDevynvipPhiladelphia County •16 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIt was a a cool evening to dine outdoors but with the portable gas fire torches, my wife and I were comfortable. We were only looking for a light bite so my wife ordered the edamame and a California roll. I ordered Miso soup and a sampling of nigiri. The edamame was fresh with a light snap when biting and perfectly, lightly salted. The Miso broth was hot and hearty. Perfect on this cool Florida night. She told me she loved her California roll and I thought my nigiri was delicious. Dock fresh with brilliant colors. I chose the tuna, yellowtail and golden eye snapper. I'd order the same thing again in a heartbeat, but there were so many other items I'd like to try next time. She ordered a glass of champaign (by the glass) and didn't particularly care for it. Too dry she said. I chose a drink that is their spin on an old fashioned. (I forget the name) but it had ginger in it and it was delicious. Small side note, the brand of still water they serve is Mountain Valley. You don't see this brand very often but it was fantastic. So refreshing and crisp mouthfeel. I LOVE Acgua Panna and keep it at home but I may switch it up and try this brand of spring water if I ever see it in a store or online. We had a great experience at Takato and look forward to our next time here.More infoTakato RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Central Beach•4.8
- KKarenFort Lauderdale •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk! Our server was very friendly and efficient! We tried the new prime rib sliders on their happy hour menu and they are amazing! Highly recommend!. I tried the gnocchi à la Vodka for the first time and wow! Lots of flavor! I could put that Sauce on anything! The server was great about keeping my son supplied with the pretzel bread and butter, it’s his favorite food group. - BGBarryGNew York City •45 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 17, 2024The Cook and the Cork is an interesting establishment. The menu is decidedly chef driven. But the ambience is that of a cozy , eclectic neighborhood haunt. We adore the outdoor seating, which allows the diner to think they are in an island setting and forget they are steps away from a paved parking lot in a strip shopping center. We have had successful meals consisting of an assortment of appetizers and entrees. Last night included the crispy beef "cigars" with Thai chili dip appetizer, followed by the braised lamb shank. Both were unsurprisingly wonderful. Don't forget to cap off your evening with the Key Lime pie.More infoThe Cook and The CorkPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Coral Springs•4.6

We enjoyed this experience but we will not be going back. This restaurant is way too expensive and the food quality is lacking.More infoBenihana - Coral Springs, FLPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Coral Springs•4.3
