Roman’s selection of 120 day wet-aged, grass-fed black angus beef cuts are grilled on an Argentinian parrilla at a slightly lower temperature and for a longer period of time – similar to the Patagonian method of barbecuing crafted by Buenos Aires-born celebrity chef, Francis Mallmann. Argentine cuts are lean, tender and full of flavor. Pair your meal with Prohibition-era cocktails and both classic and rare European and Argentine wines. Modern Korean dining in an elegant yet approachable atmosphere. At the moment, we are very limited in regards to accommodating dietary restrictions. We can only accommodate pescatarians. We are a very small team at the moment and once we are streamlined we will be accepting more dietary restrictions! Please bear with us!

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at Fioretta. The service and atmosphere were top notch. It was the first time my parents and I had ever been out for Thanksgiving dinner and we were so impressed. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. We really had a night to remember. Thank you, Jose and Fioretta!!

The Girl and the Goat always exceeds expectations, even when my expectations are sky high! Thank you! We had the Pig Face, String Beans, Goat Belly, and Steak. The dishes all exploded with flavors. The balance of seasonings, use of citrus, vinegar and other elements of the dishes played well and makes the culinary experience here amazing. The cocktails were yummy as well. The Peach-Te-quilla was light and refreshing. The Spicy Fat Boy had a ton of flavor. To finish the night, we had the Toffee Pumpkin cake and a neat pour of the Pappy Family Reserve. The Pappy was a treat and made a great night even more special! Thanks to Stephanie and all the team at the Goat. You are all AMAZING!

I had a birthday of five ten year olds and then three adults and they could not have been more eager to help accommodate us. They made everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. We requested two tables which they arranged close together and made sure we were set! Thank you for making it the easiest, special experience with five ten year old girls.

Appetizers- Shrimp and the crab stuffed peppers were amazingly good! Also, branzino and short ribs were delicious as well. We didnt like the special drink, but besides that the food was great. Service was on point as well. The only thing we dont like about Libertad is you come away smelling like the you were in the kitchen, because in a way you are. Restaurant needs to find a way to keep the smoke from the kitchen out of the restaurant. Dinner was also very pricey. But we will definitely go back
