Petit Trois Le Valley, the second outpost of Chef Ludo Lefebvre's beloved bistro, opened its doors in 2018 in Sherman Oaks. This larger location channels a lavish French Brasserie, with its marble bar, banquette lined dining room, and a Chef’s counter overlooking the open kitchen.     Dinner at Providence is an experience to savor. The beautiful room offers the perfect ambiance - enough activity to feel involved, quiet enough for conversation, and just the right amount of table spacing. Service was attentive and perfectly timed without hovering. Friendly and professional. Now - the food. Each dish - tasty, complex, and gorgeous - was served on pretty plates or unique objects, and embellished with tiny edible flowers from the rooftop garden. We loved the wines, well-matched with each course and described as they were poured. We loved every minute of our three-hour dining experience. Cheers to the chef, servers, and everyone involved in creating our dinner.
