- MMichaelaSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoFirst time at this location. We waited 15 mins for a table even with a reservation but there was no one else waiting. Hostess was sitting with her feet up. The server, though nice, didn’t come greet us for a while, brought a wrong drink, didn’t show us a bill at the end and only stuck a machine in our hands. It’s hard to find a decent service/care in Oakland, another place who just wouldn’t take your money for granted, especially if a breakfast dish averages $17 and up.More infoGrand Lake Kitchen - DimondPrice: Moderate• American• Oakland•4.4

Appreciate the flow of conversation enabled by the sound panels in the ceiling.More infoACRE Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Oakland•4.7

- GGingerSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoA large busy open dining experience before a show is a great way to start the evening. Staff is very friendly & helpful. The menu is sparse but the fish/sushi is fresh but expensive. But you can have a quick bite instead of an entire meal. After dining you line up to find your seat. I like the smaller venue, not a bad seat in the theater, as opposed to thousands of people. I recommend Yoshi’s for a fun night out in Oakland. Take the ferry, drive and park in the huge parking garage next door to Yoshi’s. The Average White Band brought back many memories and continued rocking out the crowd with their soulful band.More infoYoshi's OaklandPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Oakland•4.7
