One of the most incredible meals we've ever had. The service was exceptional and the food unbelievable. If you like French cuisine, you must check out Le Crocodile.

Food was great as usual. Did not expect the brussel sprout driving to be that much, but no problem with that. Oshi and Miku rolls were delicious, and so was the otoro. I think Zed was our server (according to our receipt). Tall gentleman from the island; very nice guy and great service. He offered soy sauce at the beginning of the night which was a nice touch for once because from previous experiences, it seemed that my servers seemed a little hesitant/judgy when I once asked.

Fun evening. Buffet delicious, races exciting. All round great evening.

Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!
