- AAngelLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThird time here at Amour, and as always; food was outstanding and service was immaculate. Benjamin P, Killian, and Sandra took care of us really well and provided great hospitality. I had the pain perdu and Benedict with smoked salmon and the escargo was to die for. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.More infoAmourPrice: Moderate• French• Hollywood•4.5
- BBobVIPLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe love going to Mastros Beverly HIlls in the Penthouse. For a high end restaurant, it only has 20 or 25 tables. Service is impeccable and the staff well trained. We were shocked to see a manager we knew from Manhattan Beach. He recognized us and personally oversaw our service. The food was awesome as usual. We had one small problem for am item we were charged without being informed by our waiter. The manager was great and offered us a credit when we came in next. We were celebrating my oldest daughter's 27th birthday with our family. The menu had her name across the top and they gave her an amazing piece of cheesecake for dessert on the house. We do not go ofter as it is our "special place" for birthdays and Christmas. There are many choices for high end restaurants in Beverly Hills but the staff, and now manager, know us and recognize our family. You cannot find a better place to celebrate the special occasions for your family and business associates as well. We are loyal customers and will be back many times.More infoThe Penthouse at Mastro's, Beverly HillsPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Beverly Hills•4.7
- CChrisVIPLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWonderful experience for my wife’s birthday. Service and food was wonderful and the ambiance/decor was unique compared to many other restaurants. They were also super accommodating to our Westie pup. Would definitely come backMore infoArdorPrice: Very Expensive• American• West Hollywood•4.6
- DDavidLos Angeles •19 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAnother spectacular meal at Gjelina. I've made it my mission to work my way through the menu, and last night I tried the orecchiette with beef cheek bolognese, Japanese turnip and coal-roasted cabbage - all excellent. Special props to the orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce was rich and savory and the addition of the dollop of ricotta bound all the elements together beautifully. Loved it.More infoGjelinaPrice: Expensive• American• Venice•4.7
- SStevenVIPLos Angeles •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe Vespertine experience is off the charts amazing. This was our second visit (our first was pre-pandemic). Some things have changed about the experience, but what you truly are there for, the food, hasn't and it is absolute art. I've been a Jordan Khan fan for a long time, and every time I'm at one of his restaurants, I'm always awed by his creativity. The menu items always work together to tell a story, but the flavor profiles are so different with each course. The service is first rate knowledgable and friendly. Both times we've visited we've had a great time with the service staff. They know the menu deeply, and love to talk about it, or any other fun topic that comes up. The restaurant isn't pretentious at all. It's a bit like being at home, especially if you sit upstairs with a larger party, sitting on your patio or deck and being served the meal of a lifetime. If you do sit upstairs, definitely bring a jacket b/c it's open air. There's heaters and blankets, but it still can be chilly. We went two days ago and all of us are still thinking about he experience, and not the cost. Which is pretty remarkable considering how costly this restaurant is, but both times I've gone to Vespertine, I've left thinking, 'That was totally worth it!'More infoVespertinePrice: Very Expensive• Californian• Culver City•4.8
