Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. Welcome to Riwaz Beaconsfield.It’s long been twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar's dream to champion the cuisines of India, especially the sub-cultures of Bohri, Ismaili, Moplah, Chettiars, amongst others. The menu of creatively enticing flavours and spices includes dishes created and cooked by Atul’s grandmother. We had a wonderful meal for my father’s 85th birthday. He throughly enjoyed his lunch plus the special extra touches that made his day special. One of the highlights was the ‘scone’ with Jam and cream. My parents - both Cornish (born there and now live there!) raised some debate and laughter! Staff are attentive and the food was delicious.

Food was wonderful, service was friendly and welcoming even though they were all run off their feet with a table of 30!! It was a special occasion for us which was discreetly acknowledge by the team and it meant an awful lot to us. We will return without a doubt, it is a special place for us and the team helped to make this so. Thank you.

What a fabulous team . the food was delicious . Outstanding Veggie, fish & meat dishes. I cannot criticise the food at all. The service was incredible, the team were attentive but not intrusive.. We would go back in a heartbeat.
