Best Restaurants for Groups in East Nashville

I mentioned in my reservation that we were coming for a birthday, and they surprised us with 1) a happy birthday message printed on the menu, 2) a welcome birthday toast and 3) a birthday dessert. They were also highly accommodating to our 10-year-old, adjusting a simple buttered pappardelle that she went crazy for. Start to finish, cocktails to dessert, the food was outstanding and the service was just as great.

It was our first time at Pelato and we really enjoyed it. Each dish was delicious and the service was outstanding. We plan to return!

One of the best experiences I have had in Nashville! Everything from the food to drinks to service was absolutely fabulous. Our server Lindsay was an absolute sweetheart and fantastic throughout the entire meal. The manager was extremely attentive and kind, touching our table 3 times. I will be recommending this restaurant to everyone I know! 

Bastion is an almost perfect dining experience that starts with their caring and knowledgeable staff. Its dark, hip and casual decor and concept menu pairs nostalgia with modern cuisine and plating. We loved the progression of tastes, the smart wine service, and the personal delivery of each dish by the chefs.For me the array of desserts fell short as they seemed to get lost in their ideas and missed on satisfying tastes. You’ll find lots of interesting ingredients paired in delicious ways with their menu. We arrived way too early for our reserved table and enjoyed perfect and very personalized cocktails made by the personable bar master. She made an hour go by so pleasantly. The unique part of Bastion is the record player playlist that is part of their nostalgia and slow down vibe. We lucked out with a full play of one of our favorite Arcade Fire albums. We’ll be back and would recommend this place to friends.

Wife and I traveled to celebrate her birthday, and I decided to make reservations at Peninsula. Let me say I am glad I chose this place! Excellent service from the hostess and our waiter. we ordered 5 dishes to try, and everything was fresh and exciting. Intimate feeling within the restaurant itself with limited seating. Seemed all the waiters were busy checking on guests and taking care of everyone, nobody sitting on their phones. They explained every dish as they brought it out. They arrived quite quickly as well. We did not have to worry about anything. 100% recommend this experience and we will definitely be back at some point!
