Best Restaurants for Groups in Stansted

I took my partner for her birthday last night. I have eaten there before and it was good, so expected the same. Food was excellent, both had steaks, cooked perfectly to our liking , chips, excellent, accompanying veg dishes, also excellent. Deserts were equally good, and GF options availabe on many dishes. Good choice of wines, and the one lad who was working was also ecxellent, very polite and attentive, nice table on its own, had a very nice evening,thanks

Great food, great service. I’ve been in plimsoll before because their burger. I couldn’t come back with some friends to let them try it too. We got 5 burgers but at the end we ordered 3 more with extra cheese and at the end they were even better. My friend was looking for bacon but for me the crunchiness of meat was enough. Very good balance of flavours. I tried many burgers but probably this is the best in London. I was a bit sad realising they removed the green salad with walnuts from the menu cuz it was really good but I understand can be because the seasonal changes etc. Another must to try are the potatoes with aioli. We also got other dishes but I would say these 2 were the best. The pub was full but the service was fast. The kitchen is not big but they are very organised. Same with table service, we had some requests and the blonde girl who served us was really nice and patient haha I forgot to asked her name for the mention Overall a great experience! Thank you guys!

As always, the meal was excellent. It was an 'old' school friends reunion, the extensive menu catered for all of our tastes. The service again as always leaves other eateries in the shade, friendly, unobtrusive, but on hand if we needed anything. Thank you to Gareth, Kate, and the team we all enjoyed our lunch. Lovely place. Staff are very friendly. Left some items behind and they actually called me. I thought that was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely go again. Food was amazing too.

Best Sunday lunch I’ve had in ages. Genuinely lovely and good value
