We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. Great service and food. Staff were extremely thoughtful as they had a supper with Santa that we did not know about, my daughter was very scared of Santa as she is only 2, so the safe moved us to an area that wouldn’t mean her seeing him. All the other kids loved Santa.

Excellent pasta..the food is so good I could have cried. The Vodka pasta to die for. My husband have the beef shin but felt the serving was small and he left Hungry still. But I had an absolute blast. Thank you again.

We lunched with friends who had never been to Albert’s and they were amazed at the quality and value for money of the food. The drinks were equally good value …£8 for an Espresso Martini is brilliant. We asked to change tables and they did this for us and without fuss. Our server was friendly and very competent and the decor and ambience were first class. You have gained two new customers who no doubt tell their friends, As for us, Albert’s has never let us down.

I had Porcini & Truffle Tagliatelle with mushrooms and parmesan, it was delicious. Two courses for £14.95, which I felt was very good value. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant, the staff are very polite and helpful. At the moment it looks very Christmasy, lovely.
