- LLindsaySouth Wales •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWe ordered the pumpkin fritte and rocket salad for appetisers, the spaghetti with parsley, chilli and breadcrumbs, fettuccine with Cornish crab and the tomato and mozzarella pizzetta. We had heard good things and had obviously seen the Instagram hype but even still it exceeded expectations. Everything was 10/10. Best tiramisu I’ve ever had! We will be back.More infoOnda Pasta BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• Manchester•4.7
- TteresaChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoLovely meal as always , service and attention to detail spot on. Always feel very cosy when in there, decor is lovely, log fire was lovely, meal choice excellent, locally bought produce. Value for money, I actually couldn't eat all my meal as I was full. Would recommend a visit to anyone. Thank youMore infoThe Rams Head InnPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Denshaw•4.6
- SSianManchester/Greater Manchester •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoLunch for 2 on the seasonal £40 sharing menu in the Saturday before Christmas. I’d heard and read so many good things about Higher Ground but not managed to get here until now, all of which were entirely justified. The interior (my bag) is cool, stylish and well laid out, tables not too close to each other. A really friendly welcome when we walked in, genuine and warm. Superlative staff, informed, enthusiastic without being over attentive, and knowledgable. Wonderful food, a smashing selection of dishes from the full menu. Pea fritters, British crab, incrediblly tasty cured meat, golden beets, warm freshly baked bread & whipped butter, succulent leeks - all excellent. Then a sharing main of Dexter beef on a delicate but hearty mushroom spelt porridge and a bowl of mash homegrown on the HG farm in Cheshire. I’ll be attempting to recreate smoked butter at home but doubtless will fail to make it this delicious. For the quality of food, attention to detail, quality of service, this was £40 per head very well spent. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.More infoHigher GroundPrice: Very Expensive• British• Manchester•4.8

- JJayneManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 11, 2024Pedro was an awesome waiter, he absolutely added to the beautiful experience we had at Gino's. We have travelled from Australia and my daughter was desperate to eat at one of Gino's restaurants, so we drove 4.5 hours from loch lomond in Scotland, paid for a hotel room, just to go to Gino's!!! It was all worth it. Food was spectacular and service and ambience was excellent.More infoGino D'Acampo ManchesterPrice: Expensive• Italian• Manchester•4.3
