At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled.     The service (Cate O and support team) was great. The new location opened this year was very nice and look forward to returning. The food was excellent and Cate did not steer us wrong with her recommendations. We look forward to returning and will definitely ask for Cate to be our server.

    What an outstanding meal! Our server, Courtney, was lovely, always there when we needed her, but never obtrusive. We were a little concerned that the restaurant would be overwhelmed today, and although it was definitely slammed, our service never suffered. All the food was delicious. The shrimp Al ajillo was perfect. Best Palomilla I’ve had in years. The flan was the cherry, or strawberry in this case, on top of the meal. Can’t wait to go again.

    We had a fantastic time 12-27-24. Dinner was outstanding I had the prime and my date had the sea bass. It was my birthday and everyone went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday. Our server Bryan was excellent quick with service and getting anything we needed. It is a little pricey so be sure to check out the menu to see if it fits your purse.

    John, our server was on it ! Prompt, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The greeting staff were organized and welcoming. Then the food…. Wine in a chiller and ice water= perfect Bread service= crunchy soft baguette, garlic herb butter and a bit of cheese with the wine= superb Hogfish and Chilean sea bass= perfectly prepared, tasty sauce, well cooked rice= exceptional White chocolate bread pudding and vanilla ice cream= very delicious ending. Thank you Mystic Fish ! Merry 🎄 Christmas
