Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Family of 6 gathering pre Christmas, we all had fantastic meals - steak, mashed potato rolls, burger, fries, chicken burger, truffle fries, chicken parm, warm salad and something else - all 5 star excellent! The apple pie is the best i have had ever - stunning! Our service was wonderful. It was a little loud to talk that’s the only critique otherwise fantastic! Will recommend to family and friends.
