Best Restaurants for People Watching in Forest Hill / West Portal

The Rotunda is always a wonderful experience. Both food and service are top notch.

Impeccable service. The butter beans and the duck is what I would order as my last meal. All around perfect vibe.

Averi was our server and she was absolutely outstanding. Her service was top tier, attentive, insightful, bubbly and just over all amazing. David helped us out as well and again an outstanding server, so kind, joyful, educated about the restaurant, and made sure we were okay. These two together are the power duo and provided some of the best service ive experienced!!

Foreign Cinema is by far one of the best restaurants in San Francisco and throughout the years they have maintained the same quality level. The food is beautifully presented and the innovative flavors are a pleasant surprise to the palate. They have something for everyone. The crew is very well experienced and their recommendations for wine pairing is always right on. Don’t be surprised if they bring complementary dishes. We have been dining at Foreign Cinema since they open and we will continue visiting them.

The booth side seats were not very comfortable. Other than that the service and food was great!
