Best Restaurants for People Watching in Port Arthur

We enjoy Mastro's Steakhouse - the food and service. We have been multiple times, and it never disappoints. The quail knots and butter cake are favorites of ours! Frank was an excellent server, along with the other servicemen in the restaurant. Thank y'all for making our dining experience at Mastro's pleasant and memorable, as always!

Everything was good as usual, highly recommend the dive sole fish #amazing! The sea bass was delicious too with 3 huge ricotta ravioli.. burgers was first time and so good as well! Our water was so nice and polite he went through all menu for us! Thanks everything was perfect as usual.. oh but the lobster bisque wasn’t my favorite :)

Definitely worth it. Nice food,drinks and the atmosphere was a vegas techno with a htown rotation in it. The show was good and crowd interaction and participation was great.

The food and service were outstanding. We love the "original" style crab cakes and the calamari is the best in town! The spaghetti with clams is awesome. All staff is well trained and very nice.

We were celebrating three best friends birthdays!! Our waiter immediately brought each of us a complementary glass of champagne. That was a nice touch to start our evening! We were not rushed, which I appreciated. The only negative was!You have to order everything at once but our waiter Charles was wonderful and worked with us. It’s definitely a fun people watching place. The food and cocktails were fabulous. I had an old fashion cocktail. It was very good. We had lobster escargot! Yum!! Spicy cauliflower was a hit! Steak tar tar and an artichoke appetizer. Also we had a spicy Caesar salad, which I would have again if you go don’t miss out on the lobster escargot or the cauliflower. I would go again.
