Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees. In the front of the house, you will be welcomed by a variety of seating options, including cozy round booths, large and small tables, high-top bar tables, and communal tables where you can spread out and make new friends.

PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious. The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Café Flora in Palm Beach is an absolute must! We started with the Burrata, Carpaccio, and bacon-wrapped dates—each dish better than the last. The Pompano and Bolognese were bursting with flavor, and my husband’s steak was cooked to perfection. The desserts were outstanding, and the pistachio ice cream alone is worth the trip. Sitting outdoors made the whole experience unforgettable. Don’t miss this gem!

We had great food, service, and enjoyed our dinner at Pistache. The only negative was that the requested bread for the mussels arrived after the bowl was finished and removed from the table. Being out of towners, we did not expect the doors to be open on a very cool night so we were a little cold. We just wore our jackets through out dinner and enjoyed the outside /inside dining. We would dine there again.

We had a lovely dinner here…Food was delicious! Our waiter and bus boys were terrific. We literally didn’t have to ask for anything such as a water refill more bread, butter or anything they were on point!! Make sure you get a reservation otherwise you’ll be waiting a while. We had a really pleasant meal. This is our first time dining here and we definitely will be back.
