- OOwenNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe came to celebrate my birthday and were delighted with the level of service and quality of food. Ania was the friendly lady who advised on our menu choices and brought a delicious additional butternut squash starter alongside plump heavenly scallops. Our Chateaubriand was plentiful and perfectly cooked; hot chips accompanied the main with fresh greens. For our dessert we shared a passion fruit pavlova and again a surprise birthday candle appeared. Overall we loved the ambience and incredible food at this restaurant and will certainly visit again soon.More infoHawksmoor KnightsbridgePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Knightsbridge•4.5

- AAnitaLondon •14 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 12, 2025The room we were in was pleasant and as there were only 2 tables of people having afternoon tea it was quiet in there, so easy to chat. The service was good - very pleasant people. The food and selection was good - nothing spectacular but all very tasty, and we were given boxes to take away anything we couldn't finish. The only thing that would mark it down for us was they we were not offered a top-up of tea. We would probably have been given it if we had asked, but other venues offer it without you having to ask.More infoCavendish Restaurant at The Manor ElstreePrice: Very Expensive• English• Radlett•3.8
- KKarenHertfordshire •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024It was our 2nd visit to the Script as we enjoyed the first one on Fathers Day very much. Unfortunately we weren’t as happy this time. The lamb in the roast was like a doorstop and the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and the roast potatoes were a bit underdone. The club sandwich was extremely bad. Not really sure how you can make a club sandwich bad?? A lot of bread and not much inside. The chicken and bacon were very overdone and inedible. All we were offered was a complimentary coffee!More infoScript Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Modern European• Borehamwood•3.9
