Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Cookridge

Lovely food, lovely surroundings, lovely staff. We really enjoyed our meal and it works as a special occasion, however the prices are very high which prohibits any regular visits. A more affordable option would be welcome here and inclusion of chips and sauce with a steak should be standard in my opinion

2.45pm Sunday dinner table. Drinks ordered - arrived super fast. Sourdough and chicken shmaltz- WOW. Genuinely, phenomenal MAIN - beef for one and celeriac for the other. The celeriac main may as well have been the beef. Tasted exceptional. Served with tremendous vegetables and a massive Yorkshire pudding. Wine, water, beer…and all for 80 quid + £10 for the service. All very well worth it.

Good experience, little steep, felt little rushed, with being told first thing we only have 1hr and half to eat, then adding service charge on automatically great in uk, 12.8 percent on top of an inflated price for Christmas, but I would go again to try the normal menu some other time,

Heard great things and it did not disappoint - we are both vegan, and they whipped up a special menu for us for the evening. Service was perfect, wine was great and food was executed perfectly - so much flavour. We will be coming back.
