- JJoanneNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe service was great, food was really lovely. The sesame egg yolk served with the duck was an incredible touch. Lovely place for a celebratory meal. Only negative would be to fix the sound system as the ambience was interrupted by the Alexa type voice announcing a lost connection. Other than that small thing, I had a lovely evening and will definitely return.More infoThe Stable DoorPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• High Melton•5

The food was amazing and the service was lovely. My partner was sung to at the end of our meal and I’m glad we booked here. Thanks for making his birthday special.More infoLa BocaPrice: Expensive• Argentinean• Doncaster•4.8

- MMarianBath/Somerset •3 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 2, 2025Once again we had a lovely experience for my Mum’s birthday. The place is stunning and is one of the nicest afternoon tea locations around the area. We have been several times now and the decor and the atmosphere is always lovely and it feels very luxurious as a dining experience. The food is always well presented and the sweet treats are very delicious. My only gripe (and it’s the only reason for the 4 stars on food) is that the choice of sandwiches is a little lack-lustre. There are 2 ham, 2 tuna, then 2 egg and 2 cheese and onion. Neither mum or I liked the egg or cheese and onion, leaving only 4 finger sandwiches between us. It would be nice to have more of a meat selection or just not so many “wet” sandwiches (both the egg and cheese and onion were mixed with mayo or some kind of creamy accompaniment which made the sandwiches very similar and a little sickly). The clotted cream also tasted more like butter than cream too this time. We were able to get as much tea as we wanted and the amount of food for the desserts was excellent - we both took home a box each as we couldn’t eat it all. Can’t wait for next time!More infoCafe Bar ConcertoPrice: Moderate• British• Doncaster•4.4
